At DoughNosh, every bar is built from scratch — layered, spiced, and styled with intent.
Each flavour is a nod to where we’re from and where we’re going.

👑 Begum Biscoff
A caramel-dipped classic. “Begum” is a queen — rich, regal, and full of sass.
💚 Pista Pasha
“Pasha” means nobleman — pistachio silk in a golden kataifi robe.
☕ Chai Biskoot
A warm hug in bar form. Inspired by every chai break and that perfect biskoot dunk.
🍫 Raani Brownie
Raani is Queen in most Hindu cultures. she's Fudgy, salty-sweet, and full of main character energy.
🍓 Strawberry Shehzadi
“Shehzadi” means princess — soft, pink, and cheesecake-dripped.
💗 Ruby Bibi
“Bibi” is a name of respect for the lady of the house, think of it as madam — raspberry tang, coconut sweetness, and buttery charm.
🌹 Turkish Gulaab
“Gulaab” means rose — floral, fragrant, and full of Turkish delight.
💎 Kohinoor Khajoor
Inspired by the legendary diamond — caramelised dates, roasted hazelnuts, cotton candy halwa, and filo crunch.
🔥 Sultan S’mores
S’mores, but make it royal. Toasted marshmallow, Beautiful silky milk and dark chocolate ganache, on top of a lotus biscuit and chocolate base. Got swag guys!
