1. Non-Returnable Products

Due to the perishable nature of our chocolates and baked goods, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once products have been dispatched.


2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds in the following circumstances:

  • The product is faulty or damaged upon delivery.
  • You received the incorrect item.

3. Conditions for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, please meet the following conditions:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery at doughnoshbakery@gmail.com.
  • Provide clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect product, along with your order details.
  • The product must remain unopened and in its original packaging (if applicable).

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive your claim and supporting evidence, we will review it within 3-5 working days.
  • If your claim is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take 5-7 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • You have changed your mind after the product has been dispatched.
  • Damage or issues caused by improper handling or storage after delivery.
  • Delays caused by Royal Mail or other couriers, as these are beyond our control.

6. Quality Assurance

All our products are handcrafted with the utmost care and attention to detail. While we strive for consistency, minor variations in appearance, size, or weight are a natural part of the artisanal process and are not grounds for a refund.


7. Allergens and Dietary Concerns

Our products are made in an environment that handles common allergens such as nuts, peanuts, dairy, gluten, and soy. We cannot guarantee that any product is free from traces of these allergens.
