Shipping Service
We exclusively use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for all UK deliveries and Royal Mail International Tracked for international orders to ensure fast and reliable service.
Once your order is dispatched, you can request a tracking number to monitor your delivery’s progress.
Processing and Dispatch Times
Orders are typically processed within 10 working days. During busy periods, processing times may take slightly longer.
We do not process or dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays.
UK Delivery Timeframes
Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims to deliver parcels within 48 hours of dispatch.
This is not a guaranteed service, and delivery times may vary based on Royal Mail’s operational conditions.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping via Royal Mail International Tracked.
Shipping Times: International orders are typically delivered within 7–21 working days from the date of dispatch. This may vary depending on the destination and local postal services.
Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched.
Customs & Import Duties: Any customs charges, import duties, or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These are not included in the product or shipping prices.
Climate Conditions: As our products are perishable, we cannot take responsibility for any melting or damage caused by high temperatures or delays during international transit.
Delivery Delays
While we endeavour to dispatch your order on time, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or international customs once the parcel has been handed over.
If your parcel is delayed, we recommend using your tracking number to check updates directly with the courier.
Shipping Areas
We currently ship across the UK and internationally using Royal Mail services. Shipping options and charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Packaging
All chocolates are securely packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, we are not liable for any damage caused during transit due to courier mishandling.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns.
If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we’ll do our best to resolve it.
