3. Shipping and Delivery

  • We exclusively use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for UK deliveries. For full details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
  • DoughNosh Bakers & Chocolatiers is not responsible for delivery delays caused by Royal Mail once the parcel has been dispatched.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds unless the product is faulty or damaged.
  • If you encounter an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel at doughnoshbakery@gmail.com with your order details and photographs of the issue.
