Crafted from the prized edges of our triple chocolate Raani Brownie — the fudgiest, most caramelised parts — brought together into a dough with our signature caramel and brown butter, then gently rolled into soft ladoos (spheres), coated in milk chocolate, and finished with a walnut.

Each box also includes 12 x 45g Raani Ladownie and a small pouch of milk chocolate offcuts, because when I aim for zero waste, I truly try for zero waste.
