Chikki Boy

Inspired by Edd Kimber’s viral flavour combination, Chikki Boy is our cheeky little tribute with a Doughnosh twist.

It features a beautiful whipped salted caramel, slightly bitter in the best way, layered with our glorious Raani Brownie without any inclusions. It’s finished with a silky milk and dark chocolate ganache, then topped with salted cashew nut chikki…a crisp Indian brittle that brings the perfect crunch.

The name is a play on words: chikki for the brittle, doubling up as cheeky for the fun of it, and a little nod to the original maker, Edd Kimber  @The BOY Who Bakes.
