Alhamdulillah, we have successfully raised £103 in honour of Ahmed 🌹. Thank you to everyone who supported – every penny will go directly to his family.

Ahmed, 9 Standing before the Mediterranean Sea on the shores of Gaza City, Ahmed raises a peace sign a gesture of hope. I wish we could tell warn him of what’s to come. To bundle him in a blanket of care, in the hopes that he’s spared from the countless horrors and mass destruction.

His favourite colours are green and black.

He once dreamed of becoming a man of business, carrying responsibilities with pride. But now, his mother, Seher, says, “My children’s dream is to have food and a safe place to live, not toys, not thoughts of the future. Their wishes are simple.”

Seher is pregnant and raising three children in these conditions. We will hold a fundraiser for each of them. Ahmed has been unwell, and this week, we honor him “In Their Name” to send help, dignity, and the message that his story is now rooted in us.
