Mira is just 4 years old.
She loves learning and going to kindergarten. It’s where she feels happy, curious, and safe.
When she grows up, Mira says she wants to be a doctor — someone who helps the people around her. Her favourite colour is white, a colour she associates with kindness and care.
But lately, Mira has been feeling afraid.
Her family is struggling, and she worries that she may not be able to continue her education because of a lack of money. For such a small child, this fear is overwhelming. The stress has affected her deeply, even causing episodes of involuntary urination brought on by anxiety.
Mira also needs dental surgery, which her family is currently unable to afford.
She is so little, yet she carries worries no child should have to hold.
Mira doesn’t ask for much — only the chance to keep learning, to feel secure, and to grow without fear.
Every child deserves safety, education, and care. Mira is no different

Hyderabadi Pooran Bar
A passionate reimagining of the Hyderabadi pooran poori. Slow cooked Bengal gram, gently perfumed with bloomed Kashmiri and Irani saffron, freshly ground cardamom, rich ghee, brown butter, and a trio of sugars, studded with slivered almonds. Encased in a white chocolate shell, layered with double baked croissant shards to echo the flaky poori, crowned with a saffron brown butter crunch of lotus biscuit and cardamom caramelised salted almond bits, and finished with a dark chocolate seal.
