Meet Seela. She’s just 5 years old, a bright little girl from Palestine whose favorite color is pink and who dreams of becoming a doctor one day.
But Seela’s childhood has been anything but easy. She has already lived through more war than peace. Recently, shrapnel struck her head, leaving her in a long, painful recovery. She has suffered more in five years than most of us will in a lifetime.
Seela is the reason I started this helping bar. One day, she simply wanted some dates but her family had no money. That moment made me think, what if we gave families the dignity of choice, some spending power of their own?
This isn’t just about food. It’s about hope. About letting children like Seela dream again

Hyderabadi Pooran Bar
A passionate reimagining of the Hyderabadi pooran poori. Slow cooked Bengal gram, gently perfumed with bloomed Kashmiri and Irani saffron, freshly ground cardamom, rich ghee, brown butter, and a trio of sugars, studded with slivered almonds. Encased in a white chocolate shell, layered with double baked croissant shards to echo the flaky poori, crowned with a saffron brown butter crunch of lotus biscuit and cardamom caramelised salted almond bits, and finished with a dark chocolate seal.
