Wattin is a one-year-old Palestinian girl who was born during the ongoing conflict.
She has never experienced peace, silence, or safety. Her mother, Mai, gave birth to her amid war and violence. Mai has already lost three sisters, who were killed and later found buried under rubble. Her father is sick, and the recent ceasefire has not brought lasting calm.
Wattin’s life has been shaped entirely by conflict, and she has known nothing but war. Wattin is 10 months old. Wattin was born in war. Wattin does not know what silence and safety feels.
All profits will go to Wattin's family or an organisation of her choice.

Hyderabadi Pooran Bar
A passionate reimagining of the Hyderabadi pooran poori. Slow cooked Bengal gram, gently perfumed with bloomed Kashmiri and Irani saffron, freshly ground cardamom, rich ghee, brown butter, and a trio of sugars, studded with slivered almonds. Encased in a white chocolate shell, layered with double baked croissant shards to echo the flaky poori, crowned with a saffron brown butter crunch of lotus biscuit and cardamom caramelised salted almond bits, and finished with a dark chocolate seal.
