Winter In their name

“winter in their name” 

is a fundraising bar for the homeless. All profits will go to an organisation that helps people that are going through a difficult time. 
This bar begins with a soft marzipan–fondant layer, delicately folded with candied cherries made from our own in-house cherry syrup. A second layer of glossy cherry syrup follows, studded with ginger nuts and toasted slivered almonds, bringing warmth, depth and gentle spice.

Everything is encased in a rich 70% dark and 30% milk chocolate shell, creating a perfectly balanced finish that’s deep, comforting and indulgent. A winter-inspired, limited-edition bar, crafted to be savoured slowly.
